Somebody told me to update my blog, so let me tell everybody what has happened since the last time Emily posted:

Platinum came out in the US
Platinum came out in a bunch of European places
Platinum came out in Australia
Heart Gold and Soul Silver have been discovered and announced
DSi has been released in US
Secret Key event in US
A bunch of new games
A bunch of other events in US/Japan/Canada/Europe/Australia
I have started making Pokemon Sudokus (yes, I have nothing better to do)
Stuff

So anyways, this is an update. The blog won't be updated until, I don't know, half a year. Ok? So don't ask for me to update.

So I guess it's high time I say this: Serebii has an advent calendar. There are crosswords, Sudokus (the authors' personal favorite) and some sort of letter puzzle. They are all fun. They also have wallpapers and MSN/Gmail/AIM Icons. Happy Holidays to all!

Starting today, Dec.1, a new Event will be availible for Pokémon:Shadows of Almia. It is the
Darkrai event and will run through Jan.31.

Rotom!

Rotom is a legendary electirc-ghost type pokémon made of Plasma. it can wreak havoc by entering inanimate objects. its special ability is levitate, making ground-type moves miss, escape from arena trap possible, and makes spikes do no damage.

sorry, just checked serebii.

Evidently, November 8-9, there will be a Dragonite event. now, even though Dragonite is not legendary, I suggest you go, for not only is it rare, but also it is quite powerful.

The event time is 12 PM- 4 PM

Well, I haven't posted for a while, so here I go.

First of all, Sammy can't post because of viruses on his computer.

Next, Nintendo recently (as in a month?) announced the Nintendo DSi, a new DS model with pros and cons.

Pros:

Slimmer, probably lighter.
2 built in cameras, in which you can manipulate/ fuse pictures
better audio, you can listen to things better, and record then manipulate sounds
SD Card reader, more space
Store similar to Wiiware

Cons:

No more GBA Slot
Pricey ($180)
won't come out for a while

Hey guys, im probaly going to forget, but i told Hong i would do the PoTW.

This week i did..........................

Who doesnt love the yellow mouse pokemon?? Short, Chubby, yellow fur (OBVIOUSLY) and a thunder bolt tail.

Well he is the starter for Pokemon Yellow. He can learn attacks like thundershock, agility and even THUNDER.

Serebii has a crud-load of updates, and it's amazing me. The best thing you can do is just go straight to www.serebii.net but we will do out best to cover what we knowm dates, and, when the game comes out in the US, more. There'll be another post in a day or two, but it may take a while.

Well, evidently Serebii got their hands dirty early, and have found what the five forms are. They are of Rotom, being Fire Type, Grass type, Flying type, Water Type, and Ice Type. You Should go see them for yourself.
Also, for all those that are ilnterested, the Pokémon Crater is up again, but you have to start ALL over again (unlucky for you Sammy) and for this, you can only start in the Kant reigon.
Another new topic is sprites. I have found a website, a Pokémon Sprite Generator.
All of the websites that are needed to be seen will be done. Also, I'm thinking of starting POTW back up again.

Platinum is coming out on the thirteenth in Japan, and some news that nobody posted will now be up.

There are going to be 59 new pokemon, making the dex pecoming 210
Underground is NOT wi-fi
if you do local wireless, you can toss up eggs of you and your friends
in what was once Pokémon Battle Tower(in Platinum Battle Fronteir), you get to buy scratch tickets for prizes.
There will be more baby pokés, probably.
Serebii used profanity (I think by accident)
Jeff's blog is running, but has an incorrect post.

We haven't posted ANYTHING in FOREVER.

Okay.

This is our stuff on Platinum, and you can view Serebii's it at http://www.serebii.net/platinum/ as well as the cover if you don't want to go below and look for it.
Ours is not copied.
It has the same ideas worded differently.

Pokémon Platinum is a follow-up game to Diamond & Pearl. It should release in Japan sometime this Fall and in America sometime in early 2009. The 'star' Pokémon is Giratina, in its Origin form. It replaces Dialga or Palkia as the main Pokémon that Team Galactic is after and is captured at Spear Pillar.

Platinum will be similar to Diamond & Pearl, featuring Wi-Fi, Pal Park, and the Sinnoh at it's best However, there are some new features, too.

More should come, I just haven't been checking Serebii regularly.

As soon as dates come, they will be posted.

And as a reader, if YOU'RE not checking Serebii regularly, then start right now, because they have pictures and awesome other stuff, particularly if you're interested in the TV Series.

http://www.pokemon.marriland.com has more stuff on the TCG, and it's awesome in general, but Serebii is updated more often.

If you've never been to either of those sites, go to them and explore right now.

So.

I was away for my POTW and right after my To: ShengSheng post I had to get off so... I didn't get to do POTW.

So I'm doing it now.

The Pokémon of the week is.......

INFERNAPE!

Infernape is the highest evolved form of Chimchar, one of the starters in the Sinnoh region in D/P. Infernape is the 'flame Pokémon' and its unique combination of types, fire and fighting, (even though Blaziken has these types, Infernape is the only Pokémon that can be obtained before beating the Elite Four) give it a huge offensive edge. Infernape is one of the two fire Pokémon in Sinnoh, the other being Rapidash, and so it is good to start with Chimchar even though you have no edge whatsoever in the first gym. Infernape has the second highest speed stat of ALL the starter Pokémon in ALL the regions, behind only Sceptile. Because of this, some people consider Infernape to be a stronger form of Blaziken, even though Blaziken has a higher attack stat then Infernape. Infernape is also the only Sinnoh starter to be affected by Sandstorm.

Anyways, this week's Pokémon of the week is...

The virus Pokémon, Deoxys!

Deoxys is an alien virus that fell to the earth. it has four forms- Normal, attack, defense, and speed. You could have gotten Deoxys this weekend or last weeked for your Diamond or Pearl game. In mystery gift, it is known as "the Mystery from Space"

Its form can be changed at Veilstone.

I like attack the best, followed by speed and normal. Defense looks wierd.

PROBOPASS!!!!!!!

Probopass is a Rock-Steel Pokemon. It is known as the Compass Pokemon. Probopass's huge moustache is made up of Iron Filings attracted to the magnets in Probopass's nose. Probopass controls three "Mini-Noses" that can turn into Nosepasses. Probopass evolves from Nosepass after a level-up in Mt. Coronet, like Magnezone.
